Sometimes it's strict and sometimes it's not but there's always some kind of logic to it that stems from past take down warnings and litigous threats. I've been here for 20 years, sampling Nintendo's Smash Brothers like "COME AT ME, BAN ME, PUNISH ME FOR SAMPLING TOM. I'M A CRIMINAL" and no one pays any attention.
