Out of all the Clutterfunks, this has to be my favourite! I love the feel of the original, which this one copies, but adds a bunch of stuff to it. Clutterfunk pt. 2 is awesome as well, but I feel like it strayed away from the "clutter" part too much.

Side note: I'm surprised you still have the samples from the original, for example the sax, adlibs etc.

Love that transition from straight to swing rhythm

Hey, amazing work. Really sorry the community has treated you... like it has. You deserve way better

This is as you-like as it can get

I guess the sound design could be better? Idk, maybe it's intentional, I have never played any Splatoon

Ah yes, the 200bpm tag, that's really important to know

Awesome song too

This is a really cool callback to some of the older distance songs. The bass and the fast plucks are a reference to Excursion, the acoustic drums to Delusion etc. etc. Really nice!

(if you didn't intend this, take my advice and pretend this is all on purpose so you seem more smart, but shhh)

P.S.: Sorry to hear about that last track! "Injection" was a really cool name too, and it got wasted lol

I've listened to the inspiration and yeah I see where you're coming from, but the reverb kinda negates the 0-release sound

Lumiflag responds:

Well in fact I just removed the 0-release and put a normal detuned piano instead. I just thought this would be more fitting

This is actually a really cool idea, it's like that Pink Floyd album, but with more people.

If the collab's gonna be hosted next year as well, I would love to participate!

Not too sure if I like the detuned piano tbh

It does fit and does create the atmosphere, but... idk, there's something about it I don't like

Woah, I didn't know you could make movie music. I have no idea how you achieved that sense of randomness and... something going on all the time, and I love it!

I don't want to shit on you and all that, but this is the first time I'm genuinenly impressed by your music

Lumiflag responds:

Well I used a lot of Omnisphere for making the ambient sounds. For the percussions, I used the library Damage 2 (which is excellent for cinematic sounds).
But thank you ⭐

If your music is an experience, people are likely to have an experience. Where as if your music is a journey... people are more likely to have a journey.
